The PEDS Online tool set includes secure and private access to three Developmental Screening measures, our "Parent Portal" (where parents can take the tests from home prior to their next visit), and a full set of Administrative Features allowing you to review, export or print reports for each child tested.

We invite you to sign up for a licensed online version of our developmental screening tools:

  • PEDS (Parents' Evaluation of Developmental Status)
  • PEDS:DM (Developmental Milestones)
  • M-CHAT-R (The Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers)

Follow the prompts on the next two pages:

  1. Review our simple online licensing agreement
  2. Provide a small amount of information about yourself and your practice
  3. You will receive an auto-notification by E-mail with instructions and login information

*** For Clinics or Practices with multiple providers, You will need your lead practitioner's Delaware State License # to complete the application.

Upon completion of the information form, your Delaware license information will be confirmed and approved. Once your application has been approved, your account will be activated and we will notify you with your login information and instructions for using the test measures.
